Southern Water has awarded a customer research framework contract for AMP7 worth an estimated £1.15 million.
The water company was looking to procure a number of research agencies to carry out research with Southern Water customers.
In 2018 Southern Water committed to an on-going customer engagement strategy with Ofwat - a key principle was partnered working with research agencies.
The customer research services to be delivered under the contract include:
- managing proposals
- survey design
- fieldwork, analysis
The contract will run for an initial term of 3 years with an option to extend for up to 3 further years.
Southern Water was looking to appoint a number of suppliers to the framework.
Twelve companies were in the bidding for the work – details of successful suppliers have not been disclosed.
